The Service is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If you believe a person under 17 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

3) Information We Collect

We collect information in three main ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically when you use the Service, and (c) information collected with your permission (such as location).

3.1 Information you provide

  • Account information: name, username, and email address.
  • Customer support content: information you include when you contact us (for example, messages, attachments, and troubleshooting details).

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device information: device model, operating system version, language, time zone, and similar device attributes.
  • Usage data and diagnostics: app features used, interactions, performance data, and aggregated usage statistics.
  • Crash logs: information about errors and crashes (which may include device and app state at the time of a crash).

3.3 Location information (with your permission)

If you enable location permissions on your device, we may collect and process your precise or approximate location to provide location-related features. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings.

4) Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) in any web-based parts of the Service, including pages viewed in an in-app browser, to:

  • help you stay signed in;
  • remember preferences; and
  • understand how our Service is used.

You can control cookies through your browser or device settings. Some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

5) Photos and Face Data

The Service may allow you to use photos or images as part of certain features.

  • No face recognition / biometrics: we do not perform face recognition and we do not create or store biometric templates from your photos.
  • One-time processing and deletion (for applicable features): if a feature processes a photo to generate an output, the processing is intended to be one-time and the photo is deleted from our servers after generation where applicable.
  • Default local storage: generated outputs are, by default, stored locally on your device unless you choose to upload or share them through the Service.
  • Not used for training/marketing: we do not use your photos for training machine-learning models or for marketing purposes.

  • improve and develop the Service (including analytics and debugging);
  • protect the safety, security, and integrity of the Service (including fraud and abuse prevention);
  • provide customer support and respond to your requests; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

7) How We Share Information

We share information only as necessary and in the following situations:

7.1 With your consent or at your direction

We may share information when you ask us to do so (for example, when you choose to post content publicly or share information with other users).

7.2 With service providers (processors)

We may share information with trusted vendors who process data on our behalf to help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, storage, analytics, and crash reporting). These vendors are contractually required to process information only on our instructions, protect it, and not use it for their own purposes.

7.3 For legal reasons

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety, or investigate and defend against legal claims.

7.4 To protect rights and prevent harm

We may share information to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues, and to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of Hena Team, our users, or others.

We apply a “minimum necessary” approach when sharing information.

8) International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

9) Security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect your information, including:

  • encryption in transit and at rest (where appropriate);
  • access controls and least-privilege practices;
  • periodic security reviews/audits; and
  • backups for resiliency.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

10) Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes:

  • Account information: retained for the duration of your account.
  • After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days (unless longer retention is required by law or needed for disputes/enforcement).
  • Usage data and diagnostics: retained for up to 12 months.
